- If you hire us for the services we offer, you agree to the payment procedure and the amount.
- We take dedicated & sincere effort to deliver your work within the time frame mentioned by us or the conversation we have before starting the project. For any kind of support or inquiry, you can contact us via mail, phone, Skype or email from Monday to Saturday 8am to 4pm EST. Our office remain closed on (If applicable) Saturday and Sunday of every month. Only on the major American Indian national holidays, the hours may differ. Exceptional scenarios or for any particular reason it can take some more reasonable time and you are agreed to give that time for the quality job.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Different services have different cancellation processes. Logo designing order cancellation is available within the next day of the order placement. Website development order cancellation is available within 1 day of order placement. If your digital marketing project is under development, the cancellation is permitted within 2 days of order placement. All ongoing projects under monthly package require at least 1 month (30 days) prior notice for cancellation.
- For successful cancellation, 100% advance payment will be refunded, except ongoing agreement cancellation of monthly digital marketing or website maintenance work. When it comes to cancelling ongoing projects of website development, a full payment of all work rendered up to the said cancellation point will be due. After reception of final payment, the remaining balance of the advance payment will be refunded.
All refunds will be initiated within 7-15 working days. Delays in refunds may occur.
