Project Manager/Sales Rep

  • Experience: 2+ Years of relevant industry experience
  • Skills: Business Development.
  • Eligibility: Any Graduate preferably B-Tech
  • Good knowledge of english written and spoken
  • Salary: As per Industry standard + Relocation Bonus (if applicable)
  • Good understanding of Mobile and Web technologies

Responsibilities :

  • Online bidding on the various portal like Upwork, Freelance, Guru, People Per Hour etc. & generating business through online freelancing portals.
  • Lead end to end sales cycle (from lead generation to closure)
  • Ability to connect & interact with clients
  • Plan, implement, track and improve strategies for new business
  • Meet Sales target allocated
  • Qualify prospects by mapping the customer's pain point to our services
  • Build the relationship with prospect and focus on value selling
  • Identify opportunities by researching on targeted companies and contacts
  • Post custom proposals in freelancing portals
  • Feel free to discuss the cost estimate with the Tech Leads

Required Skill Sets :

  • Experience in Lead Generation/ Sales with IT services company in offshore model
  • Tech-savvy should be aware of various technologies (PHP, Python, Mobile, Cloud)
  • Up-to-date with the latest technology trends in Microsoft, Open Source, Mobile, Cloud to do consultative selling to clients
  • Solid experience in managing web development clients and should be aware about web development and outsourcing risks and challenges
  • Must understand offshore development and its advantages
  • Must have prior experience in closing and managing projects.
  • Proven track record of client growth and retention
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as manage a team
  • Should be comfortable in client interaction
